With more than 30 years’ experience as a secretary and later as a PA and PA+, Saskia is NGL’s most important support and anchor. She always keeps an even keel, never loses sight of the bigger picture, and knows how to get things done—on time and on point. With a warm heart and an entrepreneurial spirit, she knows when to be decisive and discreet, and extends a welcoming smile to all.

Saskia understands the value of peace and balance in the boardroom. She makes sure that processes are managed perfectly in every detail, unburdening top executives and managers. The commotion and bustle of the business world is her natural habitat: when things get hectic, she is at her best. By organizing activities, bringing people together, and really seeing them, she lets everyone around her excel.

When she is not at work, Saskia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, appreciating the wonders of nature, going to classical music concerts, and visiting museums. Spending time on her own, reading books, and walking in the woods near her home are necessities as well. That’s how she keeps her balance in a very active and rewarding life.
