I believe that leadership is all about standing out. Invisible leaders are mediocre by default. This is especially counterproductive when shaping diverse and inclusive company cultures. My approach to coaching flows from my own journey as a professional, as well as the conviction that we need people who are authentic and intrinsically motivated. Together, we can find new ways to make your leadership visible and truly effective.

Jacqueline has more than 30 years of experience in diverse leadership roles in the tech and media industries. She has transformed and redesigned businesses and commercial organizations, and she initiated (or was involved in) various programs for innovation, transformation, and solution-based thinking. During her time at Microsoft, Jacqueline took on the challenge of bringing new thinking to the organization and changing its core perspective from inside-out to outside-in. As part of the executive team, she helped to build a new, dynamic, consumer-oriented culture and proposition. In recent years she has worked in the media industry, structure sustainable businesses based on new digital models.

Currently, Jacqueline focuses on guiding companies and teams towards a strategic and people-based future. She is also a Non-Executive and Advisory Board member at VAR (commercial body of the VRT), Member of the Advisory Board at IAB (Digital Industry Trade Body), Member of the Board at ReNature (agroforestry), and Boardroom Consultant at SeederdeBoer.

Based on her extensive experience, Jacqueline has created the Omnient Leadership Model, which approaches leadership based on an understanding of transactional analysis and systemic methodology. She is always looking for new leadership pathways, challenging the ingrained patterns and restricting beliefs that limit the development of companies and people alike. Her ultimate objective when counseling leaders is to transform established businesses, directing them towards a new future route with an insightful purpose based on the company DNA.
