Jacqueline has more than 30 years of experience in diverse leadership roles in Tech and Media Industry. Responsible for transforming and redesigning businesses and commercial organizations. She has initiated or has been involved in innovation, transformation and solution-based thinking: always looking for new ways and challenging current patterns and limiting beliefs in companies and people. Her ultimate achievement within leadership roles is transforming incumbent businesses to a new future route with a purpose and based on the DNA of the company.
In the years at Microsoft the challenge was to bring new thinking to the subsidiary and to change the perspective to an outside-in one. Jacqueline was part of the executive team that took on this challenge, building a dynamic consumer-oriented culture and proposition. The last years she has been working in the Media Industry, building sustainable businesses based on new digital models.
Currently, Jacqueline focusses on bringing companies and teams towards a strategic and people-based future. Next to this, she is Non-Executive and Advisory Board member at VAR (commercial Body of the VRT), Member of the Advisory Board IAB (Digital Industry Trade Body), Member of the Board at ReNature (agriforestry), and Boardroom Consultant at SeederdeBoer.
