In individual coaching, I usually use a mix of two approaches:  create understanding and getting into action.
Understanding for the ‘why’ am I in this situation and then the ‘how’ can I address it by concrete actions and behaviour changes. I always look for connection to self, others and your meaning.

Leadership ever more requires awareness and making choices. Reinier’s passion is to support executives to become more aware of themselves, their environment and their business purpose in order to balance the myriad of challenges, become more effective in their choices and increase their happiness.

For over sixteen years, Reinier has worked for Unilever in supply chain, also internationally, lastly as Supply Chain Director in Germany. Since 2007 he runs his own business in executive coaching and team facilitation in the international corporate world.

Buddhism is an important source of inspiration in Reinier’s life, which is all about training the mind and becoming more compassionate. Understanding himself and his impact on others has greatly helped him in his work as senior manager, as coach and as a spouse.

Reinier feels priviliged to be of support to business leaders to find their path towards higher effectiveness and meaning.
