As a coach Monika looks for the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical dimensions of personal leadership. Individuals are encouraged to better understand their own ‘calling’.  Monika is inspired by the variety of talented human beings and likes to challenge the –sometimes limiting – thoughts of her counterpart.

Monika Milz supports progressive change to business by focussing on the human side of enterprise. She is interested in grooming talented people. For more than three decades she worked in various management positions either on the Commercial Banking side or in Human Resources. She currently is a member of the supervisory board of de Volksbank and other privately-owned firms. Next to her professional career she always engaged as volunteer in not-for-profit organisations because Monika wants to contribute to society in a broader sense.

An important aspect of her life is to contribute to an adequate influence and participation of women in business and politics. Monika’s conviction is that women leadership is the strengthening link for economic and sustainable growth.

Monika is one of the top-notch female leaders in The Netherlands. She has more than 20 years of experience in several executive roles within the financial sector and non-executive roles in banking, education, social ventures and family owned businesses.

Originally from Germany, Monika is an excellent sounding board when it comes to complex stakeholder management, strategy and personal leadership.
