Privileged to have worked with great teams who were my inspirers and coaches too. However, I recall those moments of need for unconditional support. Now I’m in a position to offer that kind support I want to make myself available for other NGL leaders.

Born in Iraq, graduated in 1972 from Queen Mary college in London and continued to get his masters degree and Ph.D.  in process control & IT more than 40 years ago. Became the lead in IT in mega oil projects in the Middle East where he experienced his first leadership challenges at a young age. Continued his career in England then Holland in project management of large and complex projects.  In 1995, he coauthored a book on ideas on leadership in that field. He followed an accelerated MBA in Wharton School of Business in 1996. The last 20 years of his active career had several executive appointments mostly as Chief Information Officer in Logica, KPN, Telfort, Tele2, VUmc and then Eneco. He left Eneco to look after his partner and soulmate until she passed away early 2017.

Hadi has successfully ran 8 marathons, he writes poetry in three languages and when inspired he does some painting too. He speaks English, Dutch and Arabic.
